Position Summary:
Regal Rexnord is seeking a Regional Sales Director working in our Conveyance Solutions Business who will be responsible for leading and driving sales growth of our Conveyor systems, chain and accessory products in their assigned region. This role will lead a highly focused team of Sales Professionals that specialize in selling to OEM's, Strategic End Users and managing Distribution in their assigned territory. The Regional Sales Director is responsible for building a high performing sales organization, defining the regional growth strategy, and executing that strategy to expand market share and achieve their annual sales goals.
